Lohn set out to redefine luxury home fragrance in Nigeria, combining premium products with immersive brand experiences. However, their digital presence didn’t fully capture the elegance or innovation of their offerings. Key challenges included:
Outdated UX/UI that didn’t reflect the brand’s premium positioning
Fragmented product discovery, making it hard for customers to explore scent categories or understand key differentiators
Lack of immersive storytelling around services like The Chandler Bar and Alchemy Bar, which are core to their brand experience

Lohn needed a complete brand experience overhaul that balanced luxury aesthetics, storytelling, and conversion optimization across their website.
Easy vertical collection filtering (candles, diffusers, elixirs, etc.), we have designed the shop page with a minimalist approach, organizing all products into categories using a tab system. This design ensures easy accessibility to products without the need to navigate through multiple pages.
We redesigned Lohn’s product page to reflect its luxury positioning enhancing visual storytelling, simplifying variant selection, and integrating loyalty-driven upsells. The result is a seamless shopping experience that drives conversions and deepens brand engagement across devices.
