TENAX Holdings, formerly operating as independent subsidiaries in Marine, Energy, Trading & Logistics, was undergoing a strategic transformation into a unified hybrid holding company. TwelveX Creative was tasked with delivering a complete brand repositioning and digital experience overhaul to align the group with its ambition of becoming a globally competitive integrated energy business.

Purpose of the Identity

A complete brand repositioning and digital experience overhaul to align the group with its ambition of becoming a globally competitive integrated energy business.

The Challenge

TENAX needed to project clarity and strength across multiple business verticals without losing the integrity of each subsidiary. The challenge was to establish a modern, premium identity that reflected shared values across sectors while preparing the group for global visibility and stakeholder trust.

Our Approach

We began with strategic workshops to map the future-state of TENAX’s operations. This was followed by:

  1. Visual Identity Design
    We crafted a logo suite and brand system inspired by fluid motion and stability, with a color palette that balanced strength (navy, deep gray) with energy (vibrant blue and light accents).

  2. Brand Manual & Guidelines
    We delivered a detailed design system that included logo usage, typography hierarchy, grid systems, tone of voice, and UI direction to maintain consistency across future digital and print materials.

  3. Website Architecture & Design
    The new corporate website was structured with clear sections for About, Business Units, Projects, ESG, Newsroom, and Contact. We created a homepage that quickly communicates TENAX’s value proposition and integrated visuals from all sectors.

  4. Investor-Grade Experience
    We applied subtle animations, clean UI, and mobile-first design to ensure the website met the expectations of investors, regulators, and prospective partners.

  5. Design Ops & Delivery
    All brand and digital assets were handed off in an organized, scalable format with exportable components ready for frontend development.
